Responsibilities
• Responsible for ensuring billing activity is recorded & reconciled daily
,
• Account Balance debits/credits to GL
,
• Credit Cards sales, refunds, chargebacks, and fees
,
• PayPal & Venmo sales, refunds, disputes and fees
,
• Smart Pay & Future Financing programs used
,
• Creating RFCs to implement changes procedures used to capture sales, refunds, charges, and fees
,
• Performing data analysis and reporting related to consumer sales
,
• Managing payment reconciliation procedures to ensure sales & payments balance
,
• Managing Page Plus sales reporting to General Ledger / ERP
,
• Capturing commerce orders, payments, exceptions and create reports to generate required entries to journalize transactions
,
• Creating required tax reporting to provide details to Tax Compliance teams
,
• Collaborating with GTS teams to build future state reporting and NSA
,
• Collaborating with Tax Teams to ensure consistent reporting for audit and compliance
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
,
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
,
• Strong financial acumen
,
• Experience with SQL or Python programming languages
Nice-to-haves
• Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
,
• Experience in leading end-to-end complex initiatives
,
• Working knowledge of GTS resource planning and Agile
,
• Proven ability to effectively stakeholder and negotiate at multiple levels
,
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work in dynamic, and sometimes unstructured environment
