Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Operations Analyst I responsible for onboarding and supporting new clients in the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full client implementations from a data perspective, including acquiring, importing, and validating data
• Engage with internal project team members and client stakeholders during implementation projects
• Create reports around system performance and client data trends

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL (or similar) and SSIS
• Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools
• Ability to manage data pipelines
• Experience in data research and analysis
• Understanding of stakeholder management and request handling
