Position Summary
As a Data Input Associate at StrataBuilt, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the companys and clients data systems. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal systems and client databases.
• Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely data processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data according to company policies.
• Generate basic reports and summaries based on entered data when needed.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, administration, or similar role preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong typing skills (at least 50 WPM) and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
