Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transfer schedules and official assignments from the school's software into the company's platform
• Respond to emails in the scheduling inbox within 12 business hours
• Act as a reliable point of contact for assigned schools, providing support and escalating issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a data entry or customer service role
• Basic knowledge of major internet browsers and Excel
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex software
• Cellphone or personal device for multi-factor authentication
• Adequate internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download speed
