Randstad is supporting a leading wealth management firm who is looking to hire for their Operations team who specializes in 401K accounts. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills to handle exceptions and cross reference information in forms against client accounts and procedures. salary: $19.49 – $19.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities
• Enter client details such as name, DOB, SSN, and address into internal systems.
• Follow documented procedures to compare and verify form data against system records.
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Maintain a processing rate of at least 4 items per hour (each item averaging 10 minutes, with flexibility for complexity).
