Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer: Teradata / Hadoop migration to AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing ETL scripts and data workflows on Teradata and Hadoop platforms
• Migrate and refactor ETL logic to AWS-compatible services such as Glue, EMR, Redshift, S3, or Lambda
• Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the migration process

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles
• Hands-on experience with Teradata and Hadoop data platforms
• Proven expertise in AWS data services (e.g., Glue, Redshift, S3, EMR, Lambda)
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and shell scripting
• Experience in refactoring legacy code/scripts into modern cloud-native solutions
