Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice/Solutions Manager - Data & Analytics to lead data initiatives and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Data & Analytics practice strategy, driving adoption of modern data platforms
• Collaborate with sales teams to create and pitch data-driven solutions, leading technical discovery sessions
• Oversee large data initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence and resolving issues proactively

Required Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in Data & Analytics, with 7-8 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in data architecture, engineering, BI/visualization, or data science
• Deep knowledge of modern data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake
• Experience in a consultative role or within a systems integrator/IT services environment
• Proven experience in pre-sales and client solutioning
