About the Role:
We’re a growing lifestyle brand in a regulated industry, and we’re looking for a tech-savvy Data Analyst who can own our back-end reporting, automate key processes, and organize operations data across multiple departments — from inventory to sales to facility records. If you’re someone who can code inside Google Drive and loves building smarter workflows, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
• Create, maintain, and improve complex Google Sheets systems with custom formulas and Apps Script automation
• Manage inventory and facility records across multiple data sources
• Build automated reports for sales, expenses, and team activity
• Organize and clean incoming data from e-commerce and retail systems
• Collaborate with operations and leadership on data-driven decisions
• Track KPIs across marketing, finance, and logistics
Requirements:
• Strong skills in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Proven experience with Google Apps Script or similar automation tools
• Ability to build dashboards, conditional logic, and dynamic templates
• Comfort working with data across departments — sales, ops, inventory, finance
• Highly organized with excellent documentation habits
• Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, QuickBooks, or e-commerce analytics
