What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Create weekly reports to monitor address and new account number changes
• Initiate account changes associated with the new post office box
• Contact vendors to update addresses to the appropriate post office box
• Create status and summary reports for account representatives and clients
• Work overtime as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6 months of customer service or call center experience
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and adhere to established timelines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases
• Transaction processing experience
