Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Ops Program Leader and Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large IT datasets to uncover trends and insights that inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure, organize, and clean data for actionable insights
• Communicate complex data findings and narratives to stakeholders, aligning analysis with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience as a Data Analyst managing large datasets
• Extensive advanced Excel experience with large data sets
• Experience managing P&L and driving compliance and business controls
• Demonstrated business acumen
• Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as industrial engineering, finance, or economics (preferred)
