Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide timely support to customers across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field and resolve customer inquiries via calls, texts, and emails
  • Assist Clinical Managers and mobile phlebotomists with scheduling changes and clerical work
  • Support the Care Coordination team with appointment updates and workflow improvements
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software
  • Experience coordinating tasks with national labs such as Quest or LabCorp is preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
  • Experience using Zendesk is preferred
