Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to ensure customer retention and manage contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the contract renewal cycle and create accurate renewal quotes for assigned customers

Required Qualifications

  • Specialized computer knowledge with technical aptitude for using CRM solutions
