• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns
• 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry with a strong understanding of dealership marketing challenges
• Proven ability to translate business needs into effective digital advertising strategies
• Experience with customer success platforms, preferably HubSpot
