Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and executives
  • Proactively engage with customers to track KPIs and ensure they achieve measurable outcomes
  • Take ownership of contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting within a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products; experience in Revenue Operations is a bonus
  • Proven track record of managing retention and driving growth through customer engagement
  • Experience using Salesforce and other CRM or GTM systems is preferred
  • Ability to engage confidently with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
