Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to customers and ensure successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of customer accounts and build strong relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor account health and KPIs, proactively identifying and mitigating churn risks
  • Facilitate customer onboarding and training while meeting retention and sales targets
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in account management or customer success
  • 2+ years of experience selling additional products and services to existing accounts
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • History of exceeding retention and expansion quotas
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
