What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Ensure government partners fully adopt, use, and leverage the RUBICONSmartCity software
– Build relationships with government staff and municipal leadership
– Advocate for the customer and balance internal and external stakeholder expectations
– Analyze data and create visualizations to support decision-making
– Provide excellent customer service and support to SaaS clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum 8 years of work experience
– Experience in account management or customer success
– Knowledge within the sanitation industry
– Tech-savvy with experience in SaaS technology
– Strong communication and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– 2 years of routing and logistics experience
– Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning
– Strong data analysis skills using Excel, PowerBI, or other tools
