Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a customer advocate and ensure Service Level Agreements/Objectives are met
  • Coordinate the renewal of Managed Services contracts and grow existing contract values through cross-selling and up-selling
  • Lead onboarding activities for new customers and drive process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of relevant IT Service Account Management experience
  • Good understanding of IT Service Management processes and IT Project Management principles
  • ITIL Foundation Certification desired; PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
