A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager-Fitness & Wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 25-40 mid-market accounts focusing on retention and growth opportunities
• Execute the full sales cycle for renewals, upsells, and value-added services
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success and enhance product adoption

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience managing strategic and growing accounts
• Skilled in negotiating contract terms and addressing pricing objections
• Highly proficient with CRM applications and Microsoft Office Suite
• BA/BS Degree preferred
