Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support and enhance the experience of their Circle Plus customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Circle Plus customers, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing strategy sessions
  • Analyze customer usage to identify risks and opportunities, and design engagement campaigns to drive product adoption and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of customer success processes
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in community management or SaaS customer success, preferably with SMB customers
  • Proficient in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
  • Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and navigating complex processes
  • Ability to understand various business models and help customers define success for their communities
  • Resourceful and proactive, with a strong growth mindset and a process-oriented approach
