A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (SaaS/SMB).

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to overcome customer concerns while preserving trust
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, especially Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, and other customer/project tools
  • Experience in physical therapy or chiropractic practice operations is a bonus
