Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
• Collaborating with customers to maximize product adoption and utilization
• Developing and implementing tailored Success Plans for strategic customers

Required Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical support
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Understanding of K-12 education systems and technology preferred
• Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) is preferred
