Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager-Fitness & Wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 25-40 mid-market accounts, focusing on retention and growth opportunities
  • Execute the full sales cycle for renewals, upsells, and value-added services within the portfolio
  • Act as a product expert, driving adoption and managing client challenges to ensure satisfaction


Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing strategic and growing accounts
  • Skilled in negotiating contract terms and addressing pricing objections
  • Highly proficient with CRM applications and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the fitness industry, preferably boutique fitness; BA/BS Degree preferred
