Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer business and IT partners to understand their goals and priorities
  • Provide proactive guidance on Salesforce features and assist customers with the adoption of new functionalities
  • Act as an advocate for customers during high severity case resolutions and communicate updates during service disruptions
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Two years of experience in a related field
  • Technical degree in Computer Science or Engineering required
  • Experience with Apex data loader, SOQL, SOSL, and Scrum agile methodology
  • Knowledge of SOAP and REST integrations, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce
