Key Responsibilities

• Manage email, phone, and chat communication with customers as their primary contact
• Support long-term customers in managing their web presence and addressing their inquiries
• Assist customers with small design tasks using the web design suite and contribute to customer support resources

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an external-facing role supporting American clients
• Highly proficient in English with strong writing and communication skills
• Experience in web design and managing websites
• Empathy for small business users and ability to understand their challenges
• Familiarity with managing third-party integrations on websites
