Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to process inbound calls for their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of inbound support calls from consumers regarding their active applications
  • Provide excellent customer support through online chat communications
  • Accurately document and present information about products and services during calls to onboard new customers
Required Qualifications
  • High School degree or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Computer proficiency with a minimum typing speed of 35wpm
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
