Customer Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical expert and partner in the customer onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve technical wins while understanding competitive solutions and positioning product strengths
  • Own the end-to-end execution of POCs, including scoping, planning, deployment, and results measurement
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive product adoption


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Safety, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, project management, or systems engineering
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand various camera systems and network security technologies
  • Experience managing large-scale technical integrations cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with safety programs and workplace safety metrics
