Greet and welcome customers into the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Assist customers with product selection, providing expert advice and recommendations.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
Continuously learn about new products and services offered by The Home Depot to better assist customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
Act as a brand ambassador for The Home Depot, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of customers and team members.
Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions and make appropriate recommendations.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, contributing to a positive work environment.
Adhere to the company’s core values and standards of behavior at all times.
Participate in special projects or events as assigned by management.
