Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to coordinate and supervise daily support staff activities while providing leadership and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of direct reports to ensure productivity and performance
  • Resolve client and customer escalation issues in a timely manner while interacting with client groups
  • Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and develop individual goals in collaboration with the customer service manager
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • One to three years of experience in a lead/supervisory/management position required
  • One to three years of experience in the transportation/logistics industry preferred
  • Intermediate customer service background or experience in a call center environment required
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
