Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates to enhance customer service and execute transactions effectively
• Support training on merchandising standards and ensure accurate inventory management
• Oversee daily cash processes and ensure adherence to operational standards

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience supervising teams or associates with a focus on achieving goals
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math and reading skills, along with the ability to operate technology equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required
