Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist - Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support large dedicated accounts and resolve complex customer issues
• Act as a mentor and subject matter expert for team members
• Manage inbound sales and customer communication regarding service status and challenges

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in life science, biotech, or related manufacturing industry
• 1+ years of experience with SAP preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced PC skills
• Ability to manage complex customer situations and lead customer meetings
