Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers through inbound calls while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and personalize each caller's experience
  • Assist with tasks such as confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and promoting additional products
  • Report to an assigned Supervisor and maintain a structured work schedule, including weekends
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Must reside in a QVC approved state
  • Self-provided computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • Headset compatible with company specifications
  • High-speed internet connection; other types of internet services are not permitted
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
