Magellan Solutions USA is a veteran-owned Call Center and BPO company with a track record of performance. Magellan is actively recruiting for a full-time Call Center Representative opportunity for a Federal client in Palo Alto, California.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Schedule
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Shift Hours : 3:30pm – 12am
• *Please kindly note that all potential candidates must be flexible. May be asked to work a different shift from time to time.
• Answers incoming calls and communicates with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism.
• Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone.
• Maintains an above-average attendance record.
• Follows established standard operating procedures
Qualifications/Requirements
• A high school diploma is required.
• At least one year of call center experience is required.
• Can be a team player.
• Can work without direct supervision.
• Can work well with medical staff, veterans, and the elderly.
• Has a good work ethic
• Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).
• Detail-oriented, can multi-task, and is highly organized.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Must be flexible
