Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally
• Accurately input information into various fields and maintain the CRM database
• Follow up on orders and payments to ensure timely processing

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred
• 1 year of previous customer service/call center experience
• Must be computer literate with data entry skills
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Previous knowledge navigating Great Plains (GP) is a plus
