Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Change of Agent) to manage the Change of Agent process and enhance client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Change of Agent process from client inquiry through compliance audit and order processing
  • Prepare and file change and resignation of agent documents with various Secretaries of State
  • Conduct entity compliance audits and assist in training new employees
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years equivalent experience in customer service or legal industry
  • Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook are required
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of general corporate procedures and/or willingness to learn
  • Experience in managing multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment
