• Answer over 40 customer calls daily and assist with inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, prior authorizations, and claims
• Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously to provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance service and adapt to changes in procedures while maintaining professionalism

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
• Comfortable using a computer
• Good organizational skills
