A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a 6+ month contract opportunity in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to customer inquiries through various channels
• Processes orders and requests, including incoming and outgoing calls for customers
• Inputs and modifies service order requests and processes customer payments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of applicable work experience or associate's degree
• Experience with ERP software, preferably SAP
• Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Suite
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
