Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide customer care and enrollment services for health benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information about programs and services via telephone, IVR, and web-based portals
• Document customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken to resolve issues
• Navigate multiple computer systems to accurately perform data entry while assisting customers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with 0-6 months of relevant experience or equivalent education
• At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Must reside within 70 miles of Austin, TX
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish
• Reliable high-speed internet service and a distraction-free workspace required for remote work
