ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Team Manager with The Featherstone Agencies, you will generate the kind of exceptional leadership & client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your accountability & attention to detail, sales, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving complex customer inquiries, coordinating & leading other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the Agency’s goals and the Team Members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Report Directly to the Agency Owners
• First point of contact for the Account Managers and the Director of First Impressions (DOFI)
• Oversee the Account Managers and their daily operations.
• Develop and implement Account Managers policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer complex issues.
• Train and mentor Team Members individually & collectively.
• Accountable & rewarded for results

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Property and Casualty license (must have prior to consideration)
• Life and Health license (must have prior to consideration)
• Insurance Agency Experience
• Proven Managerial, Sales, & Customer Service experience
• Strong leadership courage and organizational skills.
