Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent (Temporary Assignment).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by processing requests via phone and ticketing systems
• Provide information and technical assistance regarding accounts, orders, and products
• Coordinate shipments and returns, along with performing clerical duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
• Proficiency in common business applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent typing skills with the ability to multi-task
• Fluency in French and English
• Must reside in Canada
