Job Description: Customer Service Representative

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Ability to be professional with customers
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the correct protocols
• Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
• Must have CRM experience
• Flawless attendance
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Strong phone contact handling skills with call control and active listening
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• One year or more previous high-volume Contact Center experience preferred
• Chat and Email support in a customer service environment preferred

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
