Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels and document interactions accurately
  • Initiate adjustments and perform research to resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as necessary
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and maintain records on complaints and suggestions for process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer operating skills and familiarity with standard office equipment
  • Preferred: Associate Degree
  • Preferred: 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Preferred: Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
