A company is looking for a Customer Service Benefit Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding health benefits, eligibility, and claims
  • Guide customers in selecting benefit plans and maximizing health plan value
  • Assist customers with appointment scheduling and navigating online resources
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Experience with computers and the ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work shifts between 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST, including occasional overtime and weekends
