Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager 1 - Customer Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the service delivery team to ensure accurate order entry and adherence to service level agreements
• Develop and enhance processes for the service delivery team and provide feedback to sales teams for operational improvements
• Hire, coach, and evaluate team members based on performance standards and metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in managing teams, including exempt and non-exempt employees
• Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends as necessary
• Demonstrated independent judgment in significant matters
