Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project/Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute end-to-end customer research studies across various Smart Home domains
• Independently manage research program(s) and stakeholder satisfaction surveys
• Build and manage relationships with research vendors to ensure high-quality outputs

Required Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in quantitative research and advanced data analysis
• Proven experience in stakeholder management
• Proficiency in report writing focused on actionable insights
• Minimum of 4 years in market research or UX research roles in Smart Home or related tech industries
• Experience in managing complex research projects in a dynamic environment
