Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multi Service PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and technical troubleshooting support
• Work across various delivery landscapes including Agile Applications Development, Support, and Deployment
• Conduct remote workspace audits as needed

Required Qualifications

• Prior call center experience, preferably with a multi-screen setup
• Availability for remote workspace audits (inspection time less than 5 minutes)
• High-speed and reliable Internet connection
• Quiet and focused work environment
