Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join their Canine Care Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand voice to current and prospective customers
• Deliver a memorable customer experience to build long-term relationships
• Manage customer relationships across multiple channels and track feedback

Required Qualifications

• Passion for pets and empathy towards dogs
• Experience in customer-centric roles (retail, food service, etc.)
• Ability to improvise and tackle challenges creatively
• Experience with Gladly or similar platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred
