Customer Engineer for Teams

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engineer (Teams).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical solutions and support for Microsoft Teams and similar platforms
  • Collaborate with customers to address their needs in systems architecture and operations
  • Implement and manage Unified Communications infrastructure, including Teams Enterprise Voice and telephony systems
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles related to systems architecture or IT consulting
  • BA/BS in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Teams architecture and administration
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 services and PowerShell scripting
  • Strong background in Unified Communications technologies
