Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engineer - East Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and own technical relationships with customers to gain trust and advocate for their needs
  • Develop strategies for improving customer technical enablement and onboarding
  • Monitor customer health and track progress against strategies and priorities


Required Qualifications
  • 8-15 years of relevant experience in core engineering, site reliability engineering, and customer success
  • Expertise in Kubernetes and Linux troubleshooting and administration
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, virtualization, networking, and data protection
  • Hands-on experience with on-prem and cloud-based deployment and configuration
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Chef
