Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Engagement Specialist who provides white glove support and service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for telephone, IPTV, and Internet services, addressing complex customer inquiries
  • Perform follow-up testing and troubleshooting to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
  • Act as the primary support liaison for residential customers, making service recommendations and resolving issues
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
  • Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have DSL or high-speed internet service with a minimum speed of 25 MB/s
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quiet workplace
