Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all BioMed customers through various communication channels and database maintenance
  • Provide operational support and administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality and exercising independent judgment
  • Resolve customer issues and coordinate responses to customer requests while ensuring excellent customer service
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of related customer service work experience
  • Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred
